Kasthuri blasts media for wrong interpretation

Kasthuri recently hit the headlines when she announced that ‘casting couch in filmdom does really exist’. She said that a hero who doesn’t take no for an answer harassed her when she refused to do favours to him.

She hasn’t mentioned the name of the hero but she said he is also politician now. After this interview was published in Times Of India, various websites and media outlets have started speculating the hero’s name. Some Telugu websites have started pointing fingers at one of the top senior heroes. She didn’t mention that the hero is from Tollywood. 

She attacked on the media who have started speculating and twisting her statements. She tweeted, “One guy writes a lie, and EVERYONE copies & pastes the same lie. At least read d original interview be4 writing fictional nonsense.”

Kasthuri acted in Telugu films like Gang War, Nippu Ravva, Soggadi Pellam, Merupu, Chilakkottudu, Annamayya, Akasa Veedhilo, Don Seenu, etc. She is settled in USA but she came to India recently as her daughter is learning dance here.
