Nara Rohith starrer ‘Kathalo Rajakumari’, which was to release on June 30, won’t be hitting the screens this weekend.
In view of the growing appeal of the love story among sections of audiences, the producers say, they have decided to take time until the end of July so that the film can be taken to greater number of audiences. The makers are obviously looking for more number of theatres to ensure wide release.
Directed by debutante Mahesh Surapaneni, it’s being touted as a coming-of-age love story between two mature individuals, the female lead being Namitha Pramod. Nanditha Raj has an important role. Kota Srinivasa Rao and Avasarala Srinivas will be seen in other key roles, while Naga Shourya is playing a consequential cameo.
Most of the songs are by Vishal Chandrasekhar, while Maestro Ilaiyaraja has composed music for two of the songs. Jayesh Nayar is the cinematographer and Karthika Srinivas is the editor.
