After a brief break, director Kranthi Madhav, popular for his film “Malli Malli Idi Rani Raju” starring Sharwanand, is back with a new romantic drama starring Chaitanya Rao Maddadi. The film was formally launched with a pooja ceremony on Dussehra, October 3rd. Deva Katta sounded the clapboard, KL Damodar Prasad switched on the camera, and producers Purna Naidu and Srikanth V handed over the script.
“This is my fifth film and my second with Chaitanya,” said Kranthi Madhav. “Ira is making her Telugu debut, and Sakhee joins us from Bengali television.”
Chaitanya Rao expressed excitement about working again with the director and under the banners of Sreeyas Chitra and Purna Naidu Productions.
Producer Purna Naidu said the collaboration with Kranthi had been long overdue, while debutante Ira shared her joy at entering Telugu cinema with a filmmaker she admires.
