“Mad”, a film starring upcoming actors, is set for release this Friday. The film is directed by Kalyan Shankar and co-produced by Haarika Suryadevara and Sai Soujanya under the banners Haarika & Hassine Creations and Sithara Entertainments. On Wednesday, the team celebrated the pre-release event.
Dulquer Salmaan, the event’s chief guest, wished the young time a great success.
“Mad appears insane, exciting, and entertaining. When I made my debut 12 years ago, I appeared inexperienced. But these young men don’t appear to be debutants. Ram, Nithin, and Sangeeth, as well as leading ladies Gopika, Gouri, and Ananthika, you all look fantastic,” he said.
Sreeleela is another actor who graced the event. “All of the actors were newcomers. And I had no idea they were such a talented bunch. I am a big fan of the comedy genre. I wish the team the best of luck,” she said.
Siddu Jonnalagadda said he knew the story from the director. “I was in splits listening to it. The entire cast of Mad — all you guys have no idea how lucky you’re to be doing this movie under Sithara Entertainments. Because they love cinema. Congrats Haarika for her debut. Another interesting thing is that Kalyan is one of the writers for Tillu Square,” Siddhu said.
