Mahesh Babu unveils his wax statue

Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu today unveiled a wax statue of himself at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad. Madame Tussauds Singapore will exhibit this wax statue at their museum in Singapore. For the first time, the museum allowed its celebrity to unveil the wax statue outside Singapore.

The unveiling was streamed live on Youtube and social media with Mahesh Babu posing next to the statue. Mahesh Babu’s wife and children also attended the ceremony.

Selected Mahesh Babu’s fans came to the event and took selfies.

“I am overjoyed for the honour and this is a moment to cherish. It is such a remarkable experience seeing my happy fans posing for selfies with my wax idol. Hope my fans who visit Madame Tussauds Singapore will also take more snapshots with me!” said Mahesh Babu.

 While his wife Namrata felt exceptionally proud with Mahesh’s achievement, she also jokes that, “Now I have two handsome husbands!”
