With the Sankranthi 2026 season turning highly competitive, the makers of “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu” have officially locked their release date. The film will hit theatres on January 12, 2026. Producers Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela, along with director Anil Ravipudi, announced the date today.
Featuring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the titular role, “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu” is billed as a fun and entertaining festive release. The film is arriving three days after Prabhas’s “The Raja Saab,” which is slated for a January 9, 2026 release.
The makers also unveiled the first look of Venkatesh, who appears in a special role, on the occasion of his birthday.
Sharing her excitement, Sushmita Konidela said releasing a film during the Sankranthi festival is a dream for every producer and expressed happiness about making her debut as a producer with Chiranjeevi. Co-producer Sahu Garapati added that the film is set to be a sure-shot entertainer.
