Kangana Ranaut emerged as a winner when it came to Manikarnika. Despite controverises and negative PR the film fared well. She proved all the producers wrong who claim that female driven movies don’t work well at the box office as compared to male hero’s films.
Manikarnika, which was the directorial debut for Kangana received rave reviews and turned out to be the third highest grossing female-centric project. Now, the film has been selected for the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, Asia’s largest film event.
