Naga Vamsi: I welcome unabusive feedback

When producer Naga Vamsi shared a gif of Ranbir Kapoor from “Animal” with a disparaging gesture, he sparked outrage on social media. He was responding to trolls who had insulted Mahesh Babu’s film “Guntur Kaaram.”

“We know exactly what we’re doing! See you on the 12th of January,” he responded, attaching the above-mentioned photo.

Then, Mahesh Babu’s followers and moviegoers pointed out that, as a responsible producer, Naga Vamsi should have avoided releasing such a disgusting image. So, Naga Vamsi, who oversees the film’s production while his uncle S Radha Krishna is the producer of “Guntur Kaaram,” said that he had offended fans with his tweet.

“As a producer, my reply has hurt you, right. Now, understand how we feel when our teammates are targeted with personal abuses day-in and day-out for just doing their job. Feedback of any kind is welcome until there is no abuse, personal targeting and unnecessary harsh words. You can express your opinion in a polite manner as well,” he wrote.

“Let’s enjoy the film in theatres with our dear SUPERSTAR Mahesh garu in a never before mass avatar,” he added.

The second single “Oh My Baby” from the film didn’t go well with the fans. Hence, there has been trolling.
