Negativity doesn't affect me, says Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun and director Harish Shankar are ecstatic with the collections of ‘DJ Duvvada Jagannadham’.  The film has posted big numbers at box-office. So, entire team was seen celebrating the success with much fanfare. At the Thank You meet that was held on Monday in Hyderabad, Allu Arjun said negative reviews don’t affect him.

“They are nothing as my positivity supersedes all. My films are not affected by negative reviews,” he said. He thanked the fans for making the movie a huge hit. “I derive satisfaction from the love and affection that you (fans) show on me.”

Director Harish Shankar spoke at length. He said he always writes good message-oriented dialogues. He went on eliciting such dialogues that he wrote in his films – ‘Mirapakay’, ‘Gabbar Singh’ and ‘DJ’. “But people remember only catchy phrases. But as a filmmaker, I have to satisfy all section of audiences. I write both these catchy dialogues and also the dialogues wrapped with values,” he said.

He also lambasted on the movie critics. “There are some critics who don’t write good and bad things about a movie but the attitude of the director,” he pointed out. He finally said what matters is revenue, not reviews.
