Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram pour out their hearts

The audio launch event of ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ was memorable, thanks to the speeches of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas. It was held on Dec 19th evening at HICC in Hyderabad that saw the attendance of huge number of fans. Trivikram was unusually laudatory in praising his team. He dubbed artists like Rao Ramesh, Boman Irani, Murali Sharma, Kushbu, Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel as ‘mahanubhavalu’.

He had the same description for the technicians, mainly cinematographer Manikandan. Two sentences came as a surprise.  “I am jealous of the excellent writer in Boman Irani.  He makes me better the scenes I write. He is a walking film library. Without uttering a word, he makes me improvise the scenes,” the director said.

“I learnt the quality of being unafraid from Anirudh Ravichander. I thank him for that,” he said. He spoke in his inimitable style about Pawan Kalyan: “Pawan garu okayed this story in just two minutes.  He was away in Italy and I narrated for just 2 minutes over the phone.  After listening to the storyline, he said that we would be doing the film.  You will see his ‘Nata Vishwaroopam’ in the movie. I won’t say more than this.  We love our mother and our best friend, but we don’t talk much about them.  It’s the same way with Pawan Kalyan garu. I want to work with him again and again.”

Trivikram changed my perception: Pawan Kalyan

When it was Pawan Kalyan’s turn, the spectators were delirious. In his usual style, Pawan paid a homage to the country by chanting ‘Bharat Mata ki jai’ thrice.   Most of his speech was dedicated to his special relationship with Trivikram.

“When I was dejected, it was he who stood by me. He prodded me to come out of my zone and start working. That was when I was not much interested in acting in movies. I wanted to quit films a few years after ‘Khushi’. I wanted to do not more than 5 films after ‘Khushi’. I was too involved in thinking about the world’s problems. But I had little faith in me then. It’s then Trivikram told me that he would introduce me to a man. I thought this man would come to meet me in person. But it was actually a book of poems that Trivikram brought to me. It was written by Guntur Seshendra Sharma garu. His poetry infused belief in myself. It gave me the confidence that I can do something for our society,” Pawan said.

“I am powerless without time and God.  Whenever I see the National Flag, I feel proud of my country.  Jai Hind,” Power Star said.
