Pooja Hegde gains a biggie opposite Dulquer Salmaan
Pooja Hegde’s career is seeing boost again in South Indian cinema, as she continues to bag exciting projects. Despite her recent Tamil film “Retro “not performing well at the box office, her item song in Rajinikanth’s “Coolie” became a viral sensation, proving her star power and ability to make an impact.
Now, she is all set to make her official Malayalam debut in Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming untitled film (#DQ41).
Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV Cinemas, #DQ41 is directed by Ravi Nelakuditi, who is making his directorial debut with this project. The film’s shooting is underway in Hyderabad.
The makers have officially announced Pooja Hegde as the heroine opposite Dulquer Salmaan, marking their first-ever collaboration. To celebrate the announcement, a special video was released, offering a glimpse into the shoot. In the video, Pooja is seen riding a scooty, sitting behind Dulquer, radiating undeniable on-screen chemistry.
Designed as a grand pan-India entertainer, #DQ41 will release in multiple languages including Telugu and Malayalam.
