Prashanth Varma, the director of films like ‘Jombie Reddy’ and ‘Awe’, created the Prashanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU) and plans to make roughly eight superhero films. “I’m not going to do everything myself. I intend to invite new talent. My plan is to run it like a Hollywood studio,” he explained.
Prashanth Varma is now working on the superhero film ‘Hanu-Man,’ starring Teja Sajja. The release date has yet to be determined. “We hope to announce the release date in the first week of July after checking the output and when we think it is ready in terms of quality,” he added.
“At first, we planned to release Hanu-Man only in Telugu,” he continues. “There was a positive response from the Hindi community following the release of the title. There was a response from Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam after the release of Teja’s first glance.”
Prashanth Varma further stated that he has begun discussions with Balakrishna about a new project.
