Rajasekhar putting high budget for 'Kalki'

With ‘PSV Garuda Vega’, actor Rajasekhar made a very dignified presence at the box-office in 2017. Praveen Sattaru’s efficient direction helped the senior actor in a big way. After this film, Rajasekhar heard out a number of scripts. But he was keen only on something special.

That special script was offered by Prasanth Varma of ‘AWE!’ fame. Rajasekhar now decided to do the investigative thriller set in the Telangana of early 1980s. He is set to play a cop in this film titled ‘Kalki’.

The film will be shot from Sept 19 in a set erected for the purpose at Hyderabad’s Patancheru. The cost of the set is a huge Rs. 2 Cr. Most of the crucial episodes in the movie are going to be shot there. This is going to be one of the costliest movies for Rajasekhar.
