Rashmika ends suspense, issues statement!

Rashmika who has been going through tumultuous phase in her personal life finally broke the silence on the issue that is everyone talking about. Rashmika and Kannada star Rakshit got engaged to each other last year but they have called it off few days ago. They have moved on in their lives, chosen different paths.

Rashmika is currently riding high on popularity in Tollywood and wants to pursue her career. This reportedly led to differences between them. However, Rashmika didn’t mention anything about this but said that every story has two sides. Her side of story is that she is now single and wants to work with peace of mind.

Rashmika who scored two back to back hits in Tollywood with ‘Chalo’ and ‘Geetha Govindam’ will be seen next in ‘Devadas’ that is hitting the screens on 27 September.

Rashmika’s statement:

“Good evening to all Sorry I’ve been silent for so long..but I’ve been watching a lot of stories, articles, comments and trolls about me.. it has been disturbing me on how I was being portrayed and everything blew out of proportion and yes I definitely don’t blame you guys for it.. because that’s what you’d believe and I am not here to justify anything or anyone.. just want to tell you guys that Rakshit, me or anyone in the industry should not go through this.. And also need to add that just as how every coin has two sides, so does every story.. So Please let us who work in our industry, work with a little peace of mind.. That’s my two cents, let me conclude by saying I will CONTINUE DOING KANNADA FILMS.. I AM HERE TO STAY… be it any language, any industry, I’l give it my best shot.. thankyou (sic),” she concluded.
