Priya Prakash has been facing online abuse and heavy trolling. Hence, she has decided to maintain social media distancing during by deactivating her Instagram account

Priya Prakash Varrier shot to fame with her ‘wink’ act in a Malayalam film song and that earned instant popularity. When she joined Instagram. Priya Prakash had created a record of earning more than 6 lakh followers in a single day. Her Instagram account had 7.2 million followers before she deactivated.

Priya Prakash Varrier, however, is continuing her Facebook account. She uses this Facebook platform to share trailers, her ad commercials and song promos to share.

Priya Prakash is making Telugu debut in Nithin starrer ‘Check’ that is being directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti. The film is slated for 2021 release.
