Tamil superstar Vijay has long back wrapped up the shooting of ‘Master’ but the film has now been pushed to Deepavali. Reliable sources have informed us that the film starring Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, and Malavika Mohanan will wait longer to get everything to settle down. The film directed by ‘Khaidi’ fame Lokesh Kanagaraju was to release on April 10. Now, it will hit the screens six months later.
Since Superstar Rajinikanth’s new film has been postponed to Sankranthi 2021, Vijay has locked the Deepavali season to release his movie.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak and the subsequent lockdown, all big movies got postponed. Vijay’s recent movies such as ‘Adirinidi’ and ‘Whistle’ had a good run in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as well. ‘Master’ is also scheduled for Telugu release simultaneously.
