Saaho: Rs 100 Cr WW gross on the cards!

The buzz surrounding ‘Saaho’ and the momentum at ticket windows is a testimony to the star power of Prabhas. The craze around ‘Baahubali’ and the mania around ‘Baahubali 2’ was understandable because they were directed by the number one filmmaker S S Rajamouli and the content of the film was as such that it attracted everyone. ‘Saaho’, on the other hand, is directed by Sujeeth who is hardly known to general audiences. The craze around ‘Saaho’ is completely the result of Prabhas’s star power and also because of media frenzy. 
 
This is the reason why trade pundits are betting that ‘Saaho’ has chances to collect nearly Rs 100 Cr gross worldwide on the first day. The rush at ticket windows plus the high ticket prices is adding huge moolah on the first day. Even though, both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments have made it clear that they have not permitted to hike the ticket rates, the majority of theaters in AP and some theaters in Telangana are selling them at high rates. Even in North India, all the multiplexes have added premium pricing for the first day. 
 
What would be its total range, will it continue the same rampage will entirely be depended on the first-day talk from the general audiences.
 
One thing is clear Prabhas has established himself as a huge superstar in India. He is popular across all regions and cuts with all age groups. 

‘Saaho’, an action thriller made with a whopping Rs 300 Cr budget, is made in two languages simultaneously – Telugu and Hindi and it was later dubbed into Tamil and Malayalam. But the film is releasing in four languages across the world tomorrow (August 30) all at once. Directed by Sujeeth and produced by UV Creations, the film features the ensemble cast of Shraddha Kapoor, Jackie, Neil Nithin Mukesh, Chunky Pandey, Vennela Kishore and Mandira Bedi.
