Samantha has temporarily paused the promotions of her comeback film “Maa Inti Bangaram” after the movie’s release was pushed from May to June. She is yet to restart the publicity campaign and is unlikely to begin promotions this month.
According to industry buzz, Samantha is waiting for Ram Charan’s “Peddi” to hit theaters before aggressively promoting her film. With the entire media focus and social media attention currently revolving around Charan’s big-ticket release, she reportedly plans to begin her promotional activities after June 4.
“Maa Inti Bangaram” is a woman-centric action drama and requires a strong promotional push ahead of its release. Samantha is said to be planning an intensive campaign during the final two weeks leading up to the film’s release on June 19.
In the film, Samantha plays a housewife who secretly works as a spy. Directed by Nandini Reddy, the movie is written by Raj Nidimoru.
