Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi starrer “Sankranthiki Vasthunam” has seen a huge jump in collections on Friday, day four of its release, in North America. The film has now gone past the $1.4 million mark.
The film is likely to collect around $300k to $400k on Saturday as well. It will also perform strongly on Sunday. With a long weekend ahead, “Sankranthiki Vasthunam” is heading for the $2 million mark.
It will be the second $2 million film in the combination of Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi after “F2.”.
Interestingly, it already emerged as the biggest winner of the Sankranthi season in 2025 at the box office. Comedy and songs have played a major role in the film’s success. The family-oriented content is another plus.
