Sharwanand is on a roll. After scoring a decent success with “Nari Nari Naduma Murari”, the actor is gearing up for another big release this year. His upcoming film “Bhogi”, directed by Sampath Nandi and produced by K. K. Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Sathya Sai Arts, is progressing at a brisk pace.
The makers have now unveiled the film’s first look, and it showcases Sharwanand in one of his most rugged and ferocious avatars to date. Sporting a thick, unkempt beard, a dense moustache, and wild curly hair, he appears raw and intense. The poster carries a fiery tagline: “A Blood Fest”.
Director Sampath Nandi has reportedly penned a powerful story set along the North Telangana–Maharashtra border during the late 1960s, promising a rooted and hard-hitting narrative.
The film features Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi as the leading ladies.
The team has officially announced a grand pan-India release on August 28, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan. “Bhogi” will hit screens simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
