Putting an end to rumors, the team of ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ came out with the updates about the movie’s shoot. There was news that the film would not be releasing during Sankranthi festival due to heavy competition with other biggies – ‘Gauthamiputra Satakarni’ and ‘Khaidi No 150’.
But the producer Dil Raju in a statement confirms that the family entertainer is gearing up Sankranthi 2017 release. Sharwanand and Anupama Parameshwaran are playing lead roles in this film that is being directed by Satish Vegesna. The movie is in the last leg of shoot and it is expected to be wrapped up by end of this month.
“Bommarillu is a film that is very special for us. It explored the relationship between a father and son in a beautiful way. Now we are producing the film “Shatamanam Bhavathi”, which is a movie that will explore the dynamics of the relationship between a grandfather and a grandson. We are expecting Shathamanam Bhavathi to bring our banner the same kind of accolades that Bommarillu did,” said producer Dil Raju in a statemen.
Prakash Raj and Jayasudha are playing the roles of grand parents.
