‘Dear Comrade’ is gaining publicity again. Vijay Deverakonda put all breaks to the movie’s promotion when the film got postponed from May 31st to July 26. Now he is promoting the film aggressively as the release date is nearing.
The other day, ‘Canteen’ song from the film was released. The video song is getting appreciation for its single-shot take. An entire song filmed on a single cut, which is very tough to be pulled off. Seemingly inspired by college song from Ram Gopal Varma’s iconic classic “Shiva”, this canteen song is gaining appreciation for its filming method.
‘Dear Comrade’ sees return of the hot pair Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna after the blockbuster ‘Geetha Govindam’ last year. The movie is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. It is set in Kakinada and Hyderabad backdrop.
The film is directed by newcomer Bharat Kamma and has music by Justin Prabhakaran. It is carrying high on expectations. Will Vijay Deverakonda create magic again with Rashmika like he did in ‘Geetha Govindam’? We have to wait and see.
