SS Karthikeya to produce Aakashavani

Ace director SS Rajamouli’s son SS Karthikeya has turned producer. His maiden production is titled ‘Aakashavani’ and the film will mark the debut of Ashwin Gangaraju who has worked as the associate of the Baahubali filmmaker in the past.

Rajamouoli tweeted, “Who’ll be the happiest person than me at this moment…. Very happy that my boys @ssk1122 & @KaalaBhairava7 debuting as a producer and a music director with the #Aakashavaani. Directed by my former assistant @AshwinGangaraju. Good luck to the entire team 🙂 @SBbySSK.”

The film will also see the debut of singer Kalabhairava, the son of leading music composer MM Keeravani, scoring the tunes. The period film which is touted to have a very new concept has been in pre-production for a while and will go to the sets in January 2019. The rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon.
