Pawan Kalyan vowed to attend the assembly this time. “Nobody can prevent me from becoming a member of the legislative assembly. I dare them to stop me if they can,” he threw a challenge to the ruling party.
He spoke at a public meeting in Kattipudi, Kakinada district, Andhra Pradesh, as part of his Varahi bus yatra. He admitted that the YSRC leaders took it personally and devised devious plans to prevent himfrom entering the assembly in 2019.
“I lost seats in Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram. If I had been elected from Gajuwaka, I would have saved Rishikonda from destruction,” he declared.
Pawan Kalyan took a break from filming “OG” and “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” to go on a bus yatra. He planned to continue his yatra in stages.
He was upbeat about his chances of becoming an MLA in the upcoming AP assembly elections. “Whether we form an alliance or not, I can confidently say that only the Jana Sena will fight with the YSRCP in the coming years,” he said.
