Suriya's Gang shows steady growth

Suriya’s ‘Gang’ released to good reviews but the film didn’t get strong openings on Day 1. However, with the good word-of-mouth, the film showed steady growth. The collections have picked up from second day and it is going from strength to strength. Aggressive promotions by the team have made huge difference. Suriya coming down to AP and touring all the important cities and towns to meet the audiences directly has helped.

The Tamil version of ‘Gang’ is a winner in Tamilnadu and the Telugu version is also drawing good collections now. So, Suriya will have winner with this in Telugu states.

‘Gang’ is story about a gang that acts as CBI officers to loot the money. The movie is based on Bollywood hit ‘Special 26’. It starred Suriya, Keerthy Suresh, and Ramya Krishna in the lead roles. UV Creations presented the film in Telugu.
