Yash, who began work on “Toxic” following the massive success of “KGF 2”, has faced multiple delays in bringing the film to theatres. The project has already seen its release date postponed twice.
Now, fresh rumors have surfaced claiming that Yash was unhappy with the film’s output and had decided to reshoot significant portions of the movie directed by Geetu Mohandas.
According to the speculation, the actor planned to continue filming for several more months and push the release to 2027.
However, the team behind “Toxic” was quick to dismiss the reports. In a clarification, the makers termed the rumors completely false and stated that an official announcement regarding the film’s new release date will be made soon.
“Toxic” is a period drama set in Goa and reportedly features Yash in a dual role as father and son. The film boasts a star-studded cast that includes Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi and Rukmini Vasanth.
