The Raja Saab, starring Prabhas and directed by Maruthi, was launched three and a half years ago but still remains unfinished, facing multiple delays. Now, the project has hit another roadblock.
Delhi-based Ivy Entertainment has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against the film’s production house, People Media Factory Pvt. Ltd., alleging serious breaches of contractual obligations and seeking a permanent injunction.

According to media reports, Ivy League invested Rs 218 crore in “The Raja Saab” for its theatrical rights. The company is now seeking a refund of the entire amount along with 18% annual interest, alleging that producer TG Vishwa Prasad not only breached contractual agreements but is also refusing to repay the money.
This legal battle is expected to cause further setbacks for “The Raja Saab,” which is aiming for a January 2026 release.
