While movie shootings are likely to resume in June, the theaters will not reopen next month. The exhibitors and distributors of Telangana have decided to open them in August. The same will happen in Andhra Pradesh as well.
The exhibitors are taking safety measures like keeping sanitizers ready at the main gate and selling 50 percent of the seats only from the current occupancy strength to maintain physical distance. The biggest change is going to take place is reducing the number of shows – from 4 shows daily to 3 shows only.
However, multiplexes will have more number of shows but the time will be spaced out between two shows.
These rules will apply until the situation becomes normal.
