Trisha calls off engagement with Varun

It is official now. Trisha has confirmed the break-up of her engagement with Chennai based businessman Varun Manian.

She hasn’t clearly mentioned about this but her recent tweet suggests that she is no longer engaged to Varun Manian.“Amused by d hazaar speculations doin d rounds..Let it rest people.Happy,single n thankful,” she tweeted, clearly stating that she is currently not ‘engaged’ to. She said she is single and happy.

What led to the split is not known yet. On January 23rd, the two were engaged at a grand function at a hotel in Chennai. She seemed very happy after her engagement with Varun for two months. The wedding ceremony was planned later this month. Rumors began about their split, when Trisha walked out from the film being produced by Varun Manian last month.

Earlier, Trisha was in love with Tollywood actor Rana and they broke up last year. Later she met Varun and fall in love with him. But this too ended in no time.

Trisha is currently busy doing couple of films in Tamil.
