Trisha, in her two-decade-long career, refrained from performing item songs. She skipped many offers. Therefore, her appearance in a song from the recently released “GOAT” came as a surprise.
Despite not being a part of the movie’s plot, she danced with Vijay in a song that could not be considered a typical “item song.” The song gained popularity, leading to increased offers from filmmakers.
However, Trisha has no plans to continue to perform item songs. Since she is still getting lead actor roles in big projects, she doesn’t want to step into the zone of “item songs.” Aside from that, she did the song only for Vijay, her friend.
Trisha is currently acting as the main heroine in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Vishwambhara” and Mani Ratnam-KKamal Hassan’s “Thug Life.”
