Upasana Kamineni Konidela, known for her strong belief in spirituality, recently opened up about her spiritual journey and devotion to Sai Baba. In a heartfelt video, she spoke about the powerful impact of observing Sai Baba’s fast (vrata) during a difficult phase in her life.
“Everyone has a favorite deity. My husband Ram Charan has deep devotion to Ayyappa Swamy, and I have unwavering faith in Sai Baba. Since childhood, I have seen my grandparents and parents practice devotion with great discipline. Their faith deeply influenced me,” she said.
She shared that during a challenging time when she felt lost and couldn’t make decisions, her family advised her to observe Sai Baba’s fast. “I began reading Sai Baba’s Vrat Katha, and that’s when I started noticing positive changes in my life. I slowly became more optimistic, and even those around me started feeling more at ease. While these may seem like small things, they brought about a major transformation in my personality,” Upasana explained.
She added, “When faced with obstacles in life, or when nothing seems to be working, turning to a spiritual path like fasting can bring clarity. Faith can do what no medicine in the world can.”
