Vaishakam will give me right break: Avanthika

Avanthika will start her innings in Tollywood with B Jaya’s romantic drama ‘Vaishakam’. The film is gearing for a grand release on the 21st July.

Speaking to the media Avanthika said that she got a chance to act in this film after B Jaya and producer Raju called her after seeing her photos on the net. She was selected post the initial photo session. She is from Delhi. Her father works for the Air Force and mother is a homemaker.

In ‘Vaishakam’ she plays the role of a modern girl named Bhanumathi, who gives importance to family values. She said that she liked this role as it close to what she is in real life. Avanthika was all praises for Jaya’s direction. She said that she learnt a lot from this director. The actress has started watching Telugu films. Her favorites include Baahubali 2 and DJ.
