Looks like Vijayashanthi doesn’t want to sign more films. The ‘firebrand’ actress made a successful comeback in ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’, which turned out to be Mahesh Babu’s career-best blockbuster. Vijayashanthi played the role of professor Bharati in the film. She received a good name as well in this role.
However, the senior actress, while thanking the audience for making the movie such a huge success, expressed a doubt whether she would sign films in the future. “I began my journey in films in 1979 with the films Kallukkul Eeram (Tamil) and Kilaadi Krishnudu. I am indebted to you all (audience) as you have been loving me since then to this day in 2020,” she thanked her fans and the audiences on social media.
In the same breath, she continued, “I don’t know whether I would get another chance or time to act in another film or not. But for now, thank you.”
Director Anil Ravipudi had already offered a role in his next film ‘F3’ but it seems she doesn’t want to sign more movies.
