‘Baahubali’ writer Vijayendra Prasad is the latest victim of COVID-19. The second wave of the corona has more impact on the Telugu film industry with several celebrities becoming victims of the virus.
Vijayendra Prasad took to social media to announce that he has tested positive for coronavirus and urged all those who have come into contact with him in the last few days. The 78-year-old senior writer is under home quarantine.
Vijayendra Prasad, who penned scripts for most of his son Rajamouli’s films, is currently writing for ‘RRR’. His son Rajamouli, his daughter-in-law Rama Rajamouli and other family members got contracted coronavirus last year and recovered from it immediately.
Among the key members of ‘RRR’, Rajamouli, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, and K Vijayendra Prasad have so far contracted the COVID-19.
