Vijay’s Vaarasudu moves to Jan 14

The film ‘Varisu,’ starring Tamil superstar Vijay, will be released worldwide on January 11th. The Telugu version, on the other hand, will be released later rather than simultaneously. It will be released in theatres on January 14th.

Dil Raju announced the decision, saying he made it after considering many factors and that he would not do anything that would damage our senior stars Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna. So, he avoided competing with ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya,’ both of which are scheduled for January 12th and 13th, respectively.

Vijay recently established a market in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He hoped to gain a foothold in the Telugu market with ‘Vaarasudu,’ but he was unable to secure a simultaneous release this time.

“I’ve seen the movie. I am confident that the film’s delayed release will not hinder its box office prospects. The film has a high emotional quotient. It will receive the same reaction whether we release it concurrently with the Tamil version or later,” Dil Raju elaborated.

However, there are strong rumours in the industry that director Vamshi Paidipally was unable to complete the Telugu dubbing work on time. As a result, the release has been delayed.
