Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited fantasy drama “Vishwambhara” has been postponed multiple times. The film was to release last year itself. But after long delay, it is likely to hit theaters during the Dasara festival. October 16 is the target date.
Directed by Vassishta and produced by UV Creations, the film is in the final stages of post-production. Much of the ongoing work is focused on its extensive visual effects, with several VFX studios handling different portions of the film simultaneously.
The heavy CG workload had earlier cast doubts over the film’s release timeline. An official announcement is expected once the schedule is locked.
The film stars Trisha and Ashika Ranganath as the female lead. MM Keeravani is providing the songs.
