Fans of NTR were expecting an official announcement of “God of War,” the much-discussed mythological drama planned with director Trivikram , on the actor’s birthday. However, there was no official update from the makers, leaving many fans disappointed.
The only hint came from producer Naga Vamsi, who wished NTR on social media and mentioned that he would meet him on the sets soon. Fans quickly linked the message to the long-rumored project, but the absence of a formal announcement led to speculation.
According to our sources, the makers deliberately avoided announcing “God of War” now to ensure that all attention remained on the recently released glimpse of Dragon. The glimpse generated massive buzz and strong response across social media, and the team reportedly did not want another major project announcement to divert the spotlight.
The film, said to be based on Lord Murugan, also known as Kartikeya, is still in the early stages. Since the project is expected to go on floors only next year, the makers reportedly felt there was no urgency to make an official announcement at this point.
