Yatra 2 announced officially

The sequel to ‘Yatra’ is all set to happen. ‘Yatra’ is biopic of late YS Rajasekhar Reddy and it was directed by Mahi Raghav. The film was moderate success at box-office but it won good appreciation. Now that YSR’s son YS Jagan is swearing-in as new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mahi Raghav has announced sequel to ‘Yatra’.

YS Jagan too won the people’s mandate after taking up long padayatra like his father YSR.

So, the sequel makes sense. This is no longer a speculation as the director Mahi Raghav has made it official through his social media platform. “YSR’S story is incomplete without Y.S. Raja reddy & Y.S.Jagan. Yatra 2 will complete their story. The reason why Yatra ended on Y.S. Jagan is we could take it off from where we left. YSR’s Yatra started from his father grave and Jagan’s Yatra from his father’s #yatra2,” Mahi tweeted.
