2.0, 'Kaala' will come in a gap of two months

The much-delayed announcement regarding the release date of ‘2.0’ has come, although not from Lyca Productions. During an address to his fans, Rajinikanth has said that ‘2.0’ is bracing up for a release on April 14, the Tamil New Year’s Day. “It had to be postponed from January 25 because of the post-production works (computer graphics). AR Rahman will complete the pending re-recording works once the CG work is done,” he informed his fans.

As has been highly anticipated, ‘Kaala’ will be out in June. “Two months after the release of ‘2.0’ will release ‘Kaala’. Only God knows what is next for me,” the actor said today philosophically. For the first time in the new century, two Rajini movies are releasing in a gap of just 2 months.
