Director Kalyan Krishna confirms Malavika's name

Kalyan Krishna’s next, it’s known, will be with Mass Maharaja. The film has been talked about because of the anticipation that Ravi Teja will be shown in a way that will appeal to both the rural as well as urban segments. Such is the director’s track record. The news is that the ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and ‘Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam’ director has roped in model-turned-TV actress Malavika Sharma for the role of the heroine.

This is unlike in the past. Kalyan Krishna worked with only well-known names (read Lavanya Tripathi and Rakul Preet Singh) before. But now, he has chosen a promising dark horse. While the film will go on the floors from January 5, Malavika’s beauty is there for everyone to see on her Instagram account. Let’s hope that her onscreen chemistry with Ravi Teja works fine.
