2019: A disastrous filmy calendar for Nagarjuna

There is no denying the fact that Akkineni Nagarjuna is still ruling the roost in terms of his looks and glamor. But career-wise, it has become quite tough for him to get along with the latest trend of movies and new-age directors as he is stuck in between. 

2019 was a mixed bag of a year for Nagarjuna as he had pinned a lot of hopes on ‘Manmadhudu 2’ but the film flopped badly and Nag was even trolled for some vulgar acts in the film. 

The star hero had only one release and did now announce any other film. The respite came for him in the form of the reality show Bigg Boss 3 which made record TRP’s proving his popularity once again on the small screen.

Nag has made some special plans in 2020 and will be seen in a Hindi film called ‘Brahmastra’ with Ranbir Kapoor. He is working on ‘Bangaraju’ and has also okayed a film with debutante Solomon. We need to see how he will re-invent himself and makes a strong comeback and proves old is gold.
