Ritu Varma opens up about casting couch

Casting couch is a topic that is not going to die. These days, actresses are responding to such questions from journalists without any reservations. While some have revealed details of how much harassment they endured in their initial days, there is an equally huge number of actresses who say they have not faced any casting couch experience.

Ritu Varma the Telugu girl is one such. 

Ritu Varma has been in the industry for a long time. She began her career by playing a small role in NTR’s ‘Baadshah’ in 2013 and became the lead actress in ‘Prema Ishq Kaadhal’. It was 2015 ‘Pelli Choopulu’ that gave her real break as the heroine. She later switched to the Tamil industry to grab good opportunities.

She has now enough experience in the film industry to talk about casting couch.

Ritu Varma, however, says she has never faced sexual harassment from anyone in her career. She mentioned that most of the filmmakers are very professional in the Telugu and Tamil industries. Ritu Varma is currently acting opposite Nani in ‘Tuck Jagadish’ and has an untitled film with Sharwanand.
