Raj Tarun moved the Telangana High Court for anticipatory bail in the case filed by his ex-girlfriend Lavanya. The court instructed the public prosecutor to obtain information from police and scheduled the case for Friday.
Lavanya, Raj Tarun’s former girlfriend with whom he lived for over 10 years, has filed a cheating case against the actor with Narsingi Police in Hyderabad. The case is being investigated.
The police also requested Raj Tarun’s version, and the actor provided an affidavit. Sensing that the police could arrest him, he went to the High Court and requested bail in advance.
Lavanya claims that Raj Tarun duped her after pledging to marry her. She said that he was now living with actress Malvi Malhotra. Both Raj Tarun and Malvi Malhotra refuted Lavanya’s claims.
