While most actresses speak about dream roles or ambitions to become entrepreneurs, it’s rare to hear one express a desire to enter politics. But young Telugu actress Ananthika Sanilkumar has done just that. She openly stated that her ultimate dream is to become a politician.
Ananthika Sanilkumar rose to fame with her role as one of the leads in the campus drama MAD. She now stars in “8 Vasantalu,” a love story produced by the top production house Mythri Movie Makers. Ahead of the film’s release on June 20, she spoke to the media, describing the film as a pure love story that will resonate with audiences of all age groups.
Talking about her role, Ananthika said, “It’s a strong character, and I’ve learned a lot through this film.”
She also revealed her long-term aspirations: “Alongside acting, I’m studying law. I want to become a politician and contest elections someday. Probably when I turn 40, I’ll seriously think about entering politics,” she said.
Ananthika’s candid ambition sets her apart in the industry.
