Baahuali 2: Makers still putting pressure for ticket hike!

The makers of ‘Baahubali 2’ have already got the permission for more shows per day from the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states. In Andhra Pradesh, the movie will be allowed to screen six shows per day for 10 days from 28th April. In Telangana, the state government granted permission for five shows per day. This permission itself is a great help for the makers from the government.

Now the latest gossip in political circles is that the makers are also putting pressure on the governments to allow the hike in ticket price for the movie in the first week of its release. A lawyer is moving to the court to challenge the decision of the governments for benefitting the ‘Baahubali 2’ by allowing extra shows. Would governments also bend rules for this movie to keep these big makers in good humor?

Tollywood small film makers have been asking the governments to allow fifth show in a day to allot to small-budget movies from long time but the both governments of Telugu states have not taken a decision yet regarding this. But these big makers got the permission for extra shows as they have huge political clout in both the states. This is how our governments amend rules for the benefit of the big stars and bada filmmakers. When it comes to taking decisions that benefit small makers, they dodge on.
