‘Baahubali 2’ has beaten the records of ‘Dangal’ in India. ‘Baahubali 2’ is now the highest grossing Hindi film ever. It collected Rs 390.25 Cr (nett) in just 14 Days. The lifetime gross of ‘Dangal’ was Rs 387 Cr. ‘Baahubali 2’ will now be touching Rs 400 Cr in a day.
Bollywood Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Baahubali2 to surpass *lifetime biz* of #Dangal (Rs 387.38 cr)… Emerge HIGHEST GROSSER… First film to touch Rs 400 cr… HINDI. Nett.”
‘Baahubali 2’ is now officially No.1 Indian cinema in all markets. This is the first time that a Telugu film dubbed (makers claim ‘straight’ movie) in Hindi has shattered all existing records of Bollywood movies and emerged as the No.1 movie.
