Chiranjeevi and Vijayashanthi's banter wins the internet's heart

Nearly after two decades, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Vijayashanthi were spotted sharing the same stage. Chiranjeevi graced the pre-release event of Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ that was held on Sunday night in Hyderabad. Vijayashanthi is making a comeback in this film. They had not met together socially in the last 10 years or so. Chiranjeevi turned emotional on the stage and recalled his long association with Vijayashanthi and said she’s his emotional friend.

“We had acted together in about 18 films, she used to live quite opposite to our house in Madras back then. She was our family friend. But politics had created gap between us. But they are passing clouds. She will always be dear friend to me,” Chiranjeevi turned emotional. He also crooned a song from one of their super hit movies.

On her part, Vijayashanthi also chirped in and asked Chiranjeevi whether he’d act with her again. “Why not?” Chiranjeevi replied. Their fun banter is now going viral. The video is getting lot of views on the YouTube. They won the internet’s love.
