Dhanush – Sekhar Kammula’s film titled ‘Kubera’

Sekhar Kammula and Dhanush have collaborated on a pan-Indian movie that also stars senior actor Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead. The film is titled “Kubera”.

On the auspicious festival of Maha Shivaratri, the filmmakers revealed the film’s title and released its first look poster.

Kubera is the name of the richest god. But Dhanush’s appearance is considerably different from the title. The background depicts Lord Shiva receiving alms from Goddess Annapurna, while Dhanush stands in front of the image in an untidy avatar with ragged garments. His poor condition is contrast to the title.

Devi Sri Praasd’s powerful score enhances the overall impact. Rashmika Mandanna portrays the leading heroine.

Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao are producing the film. The filming is currently underway. It will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
