Don's abandon pets, animals don't spread corona: Venkatesh

Senior star Venkatesh says he’s pained by reading reports of pets being abandoned. He urged the people to feed the animals during this tough situation and also shower love them. He said animals don’t spread the coronavirus at all.

“These are tough times, not just for humankind but all living beings. It is heartbreaking to read reports of people abandoning their pets with the fear that they spread the contagion. There have been more than enough reports published that prove this myth wrong,” he posted on Twitter.

Venkatesh who is currently acting in ‘Narappa’ is an animal lover. He asked us not to lose humanity.

“Let us not resort to losing our humanity in this process. Shower love on our animal companions as well! They must be having a ball of a time with our constant presence at home during this lockdown. Love all! In the end, we must come out of this crisis stronger than before with our furry companions,” he continued.

Venkatesh urged people not to abandon pets during this coronavirus pandemic. Instead, shower love towards them and feed them well, he appealed.
