False reports about Akhil and Taxiwaala heroine!

It was reported that Priyanka Jawalkar of ‘Taxiwaala’ fame has been finalized as heroine in Akhil’s next film. The reports suggested that Akhil suggested her name to director Bommarillu Bhaskar having impressed with her work in Vijay Deverakonda’s movie. But sources close to this movie say they are baseless.

The process of casting of the female lead has not yet begun. The film is still under initial stages of discussion and it takes time to get launched. Priyanka is a Marathi girl settled in Andhra Pradesh and knows Telugu very well. She made a good impression with her acting skills in ‘Taxiwaala’. But she has not been approached for Akhil’s movie.

Akhil who has delivered three flops in a row has signed to act in Bommarillu Bhaskar’s direction for Geetha Arts banner. The movie is likely to be launched this summer.
